Calendar Cover Contest
You could grace the cover of our 2010-2011 National
Calendar as our National Cover Queen. Please send a head
shot, doesn’t have to have a Christmas look but can
have, either is acceptable.
The winner will grace the cover of our Calendar and
receive a National Crown, Monogrammed Sash, $200 Bond
and a huge Christmas Stocking full of Christmas wrapped
gifts. Four alternate photos will appear on the back
cover and be awarded a Christmas wrapped gift. The
winners will not be announced until the pageant. You may
mail in your entry or e-mail your entry in JPG format.
Fees must be paid when submitting photos and you must
already be entered in the National Pageant to enter this
event. The entry fee is $50, you may enter extra photos

Gorgeous Girl Face Queen *200*
Our National Gorgeous Girl Face Queens are
awarded based on facial beauty only. We are
looking for a "Gorgeous Face", clothes,
modeling, etc. are not taken in
consideration. Winners will receive a $200
Bond, AGG National Custom Crown, Monogrammed
Sash, Christmas Stocking full of gifts and
their picture on our 2011 promotional
literature and ads.
Beauty Alternates
Four alternates will receive a beautiful
National award and a Christmas Stocking full
of gifts. Every contestant will receive a
beautiful National award and Christmas
Stocking full of gifts. No one will go home
empty handed!
Side Events
We will award a Most Gorgeous Dress, Smile
and Hair in each age division. Judging will
take place during the Beauty line-up.
Winners will receive a Christmas wrapped
gift.
Christmas Casual Wear
This event is Christmas Casual Wear, can be
off the rack or custom made. The judges will
be looking for a Casual Wear with a
Christmas look, no glitz or over decorated
outfits. Think Christmas, cute, classy and
age appropriate. We are not looking for
Christmas Sunday Dresses or Christmas
Costumes. No props allowed. Casual Wear
modeling, no removing of attire and no
pro-am. Upbeat Christmas music will be
provided. There will be a winner and four
alternates in each age division receiving
wonderful Christmas wrapped gifts. (1½
minute time limit) *Remember we use your
Beauty score and your 2 highest scoring
events toward your Supreme Total*
Outfit of Choice (Optional Event)
You decide, anything goes. The choice is
yours and you may model this outfit anyway
you wish, pro-am or runway. No props
allowed, this is a modeling event. You may
bring your own music. Tapes must be labeled,
cued and ready to give to the MC just before
you go on stage. We will not wait on music
that is not ready. There will be a winner
and four alternates in each age division
receiving wonderful Christmas wrapped
gifts.(1 ½ minute time limit) *Remember

Black/White Photogenic
Please submit your photo(s) at registration.

• Vendors needing tables must reserve and
pay for tables on or before November 18th,
do not ask for a table after this date or at
the door. Tables are $100. Call for more
info.
• No advertisements, signs, posters, etc.
are allowed on the hotel walls, doors or
elevators. We will provide a place for these
outside the ballroom.
• No food or drinks allowed in the ballroom.
Pets are not allowed at this hotel.
• We are asking for everyone to abide by
these rules as ask by the hotel management.
Anyone caught with food/drinks in the
ballroom will be band from entering the
ballroom again.
Disqualification from pageant, at the
directors discretion, could occur for those
who do not follow the rules above.
• Tables will be set up for pageant forms
and flyers.
Important Information
1) No video cameras or cameras allowed in
the ballroom.
2) We do not give out the names and numbers
of Contestants entered at any time, please
do not ask. All photos must be turned in on
Friday night by the end of registration.
3) The contestants will enter on the Judge’s
left and exit on the right. There will be a
group line-up for the Beauty competition
only. You must be ready at the scheduled
times, we will not wait. Each event will be
timed and you will need to exit the stage
when the MC says "Thank you". 1 ½ minute
time limit for each event.
4) Door Badges are $30 for everyone except
the contestant. Children ages 4 and under
are free. Door Badges will be sold at the
door and must be worn to enter the ballroom.
5) No personal checks accepted. Money
Orders, Certified Funds or PayPal (Visa and

Add a 4% handling fee for PayPal or it will
be subtracted from the amount that you send.
Last day to send PayPal is Thursday,

6) Our optional door events to be offered.

out at the end of crowning, Judges available
for any questions and you may view the
master score sheet.
9) The 2009-10 National Ultimate Grand
Supremes, Grand Supremes, Face Supremes &
Level Supremes cannot recompete. Everyone
else has the option to recompete.
10) Improper conduct by any
contestant/parent/guest towards the hotel
staff, other contestants or pageant staff
will result in disqualification with no
